I had grown so big back in 2011 that a relative of mine asked me if I was pregnant. I didn't feel bad, however I took that as a challenge and lost almost 5 kgs. I did some blog posts during that time. Check the posts here. I kept the weight off for an year by eating healthy. I am a foodie and I can never go on crazy diets, I also feel that they are not good for you health wise.
Post my India trip, I noticed that I am gaining the weight again as I am back on my crazy eating habits and lack of any physical activity(I blame it on weather). For past couple of weeks, I have been trying to eat healthy but it's not working out. I always think "this is my last piece of cake" or "I will start eating healthy from Monday" but it never happens. I then go through guilt trips as well. I have diabetes in my family and I am scared that if I didn't bring some control into my life it will be very late.
So here I am with a blog post to let you guys know that I am going to go on a healthy diet from now on definitely incorporate some kind of physical exercise into my lifestyle and for this I need support and encouragement from you all.
I also want to invite other people to join me in this journey so that we all can support each other and lead a healthy lifestyle. There is a biggest benefit to this...WE CAN WEAR WHAT EVER WE WANT..WOO HOO.
